This photograph commemorates Anthony Louis Valenti, who served in the United States Armed Forces during World War II. 

It is more than a family photograph or a piece of history. It is a reminder of a generation that answered the call of duty, stood up for freedom, and sacrificed for something greater than themselves. Behind every uniform was a person. 

A son, a brother, an uncle, and a family waiting for them to come home. Some returned carrying memories that would last a lifetime. Others never made it home at all. Our family’s connection to that generation is deeply personal. 

The courage and sacrifice of our uncles helped inspire the values behind Uncle Redd’s Coffee: strength, loyalty, hard work, and never forgetting the people who came before us. That is why our mission goes beyond coffee. 

Through Uncle Redd’s Coffee, we are committed to honoring our veterans and giving back to those who have sacrificed for our country. 

We pledge to donate 1% of our proceeds to the Purple Heart Foundation, supporting its mission to assist combat-wounded veterans and their families. Every cup is a reminder that strength is not just about what you can lift, how hard you can work, or how far you can push yourself. 

True strength is also about character. It is about standing by your people, honoring your commitments, and remembering those who made our freedoms possible. We built Uncle Redd’s Coffee around a simple belief: strong coffee should stand for something stronger.
